Selketal pleasure tour with steam train journey – this is the vacation event in September every year for all those who love the Selketalbahn, the wild and romantic Selketal valley and regional products from the Harz Mountains.

The Harzer Schmalspurbahn GmbH’s “Typical Harz Express” pleasure tour starts in the UNESCO World Heritage town of Quedlinburg and takes passengers to Harzgerode, where a wide range of Harz products are on sale at the “Typical Harz Market” in the castle courtyard.
